SPECIAL ORDERS: Provided that the product is custom “cut” in the dimensions chosen by the customer on the website, then this is considered as a special order that cannot be returned in case the customer changes his/her mind. The customer, thus, does not have the right of withdrawal.

 

In case of a defective product, you must contact our company the soonest possible and, in any event, before installing the product by sending an email that must include the order number, the sales order, a description of the problem and necessarily photographs. After checking the product and confirming the existence of a defect, our company will cover the return cost of the product and the shipping cost of the replacement product.

 

In case that the product delivered is different from the one you have ordered, you must contact our company the soonest possible and, in any event, before installing the product by sending an email that must include the order number, the sales order, a description of the problem and necessarily photographs. After checking the product and confirming the error, our company will cover the return cost of the product and the shipping cost of the replacement product.

 

In any event and regardless of the reason of return, the product returned must be in its original condition when received by the customer, which means, without any wear, with its packaging in perfect condition and along the receipt/invoice it was delivered with. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the product return.
