1. Pick-up from our facilities in Markopoulo, upon agreement, Monday to Friday, 7:30-16:00, 4 working days after payment of the order, without any extra delivery cost incurred.
2. Shipping by transport company:
Shipping in 5-7 working days following payment of the order and shipping cost.
For orders worth over €1,000, free shipping applies within Attica.
For orders worth less than €1,000, the shipping cost is undertaken by the customer. The shipping cost is calculated automatically in our website, before completion of the order, based on the kilos of the products and the postal code of the place of delivery within Attica. Orders are delivered on ground level only.
Shipping in 5-7 days following payment of the order and shipping cost.In case of delivery outside Attica, the customer undertakes the shipping cost, regardless of the value of the order.Due to the special delivery circumstances according to each area, it is not possible to automatically calculate the shipping cost via our website. If a customer outside Attica chooses for his/her order to be delivered by transport company, he/she will receive a message informing him/her that HomeGrass will contact him/her regarding the shipping cost that needs to be paid in particular.
Our company is not responsible for any delays related to the execution and delivery of an order in the event that it cannot be held liable for those or that those arise out of force majeure.
